Used to form ‘dummy’ joints in concrete

paving. The joint in the concrete reduces the

thickness of the paving and if cracking occurs,

the crack should be at the line of the ‘dummy’

joint. The depth of the ‘dummy’ joint

should be 1/5 of the slab thickness.
